  1. Remove: take out your existing insole, if it comes out.
  2. Check the fit: lay your old insole on top as a guide. Trim the toe end a little at a time if needed.
  3. Pop them in: slide in toe-first, orange side up. Check they sit flat.
  4. Get comfortable: lace up and make sure your toes have room to move.

Tip: the massage nodes feel noticeable at first. Wear them for a few hours a day for the first 3–4 days while your feet get used to them.

They'll go in most shoes with a removable insole: work boots, steel caps, runners, sneakers and everyday shoes. Take the old insole out, use it as a guide, and trim the toe end if needed.

Your usual shoe size. If you're between sizes, go up and trim down. See the Size Guide above.

Yes. Take out the factory insole first so your toes still have room. If your boots are already snug, check the fit before a full shift.

Totally. Most people notice them straight away. Wear them a few hours a day for the first 3–4 days and your feet will settle in.

Solemate insoles are comfort insoles, not a medical treatment. Plenty of people on their feet all day find the cushioning and arch support make a real difference to how their feet feel. If you've got ongoing pain, have a chat with your GP or podiatrist.

With everyday wear, you'll get a good year out of them, and we back the cushioning with a 1-year warranty. If it goes flat within 12 months, we'll replace them.

Yes. Hand wash in cool water with a bit of mild soap and let them air dry. Keep them out of the dryer and away from direct heat. 

AirFlow vents and a breathable knit top help let heat and moisture out, so they stay fresher than solid foam or gel.
